I’ve worked directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, tenants, local small business owners, and fortune 500 companies. This experience has given me an intimate knowledge of every aspect of commercial and residential buildings and their care. I’ve created amazing relationships with each business owner and have managed a staff to execute every step of the process. Every contractor on every site was personally hired by me for site maintenance and repair.

This is where I learned who is the best in the business in the Bucks County area. I have relationships with the best contractors and know just who to call to address your property’s needs, whether for regular maintenance, new construction, or in an emergency situation. 

I consider my time as a manager of a luxury inn to be the best education of my life. Working with a diverse clientele, including top-level government officials, actors, business executives, and honeymooners, I learned how to make decisions quickly to make my guests happy, no matter what. I learned how to warmly relate to every person and help them feel welcomed and taken care of.

I’ve lived in this beautiful part of the country my whole life and have owned a variety of properties, big and small. Now I enjoy living here with my wife, daughter, and two rescue dogs. I am active in my church where I have served as a deacon and on the property committee. In my free time, I explore PA by bike whenever possible. I enjoy scouring the county for the hidden gems, gravel-covered roads, forgotten mountain bike trails, and forest roads.

Bucks County is one of the birthplaces of covered bridges in the United States. There are 12 covered bridges still standing in the county today, and they are what inspired the name of my company.
